Instructions: This form is intended to be used by staff whose current positions are in scope for the College of Arts & Sciences staff reorganization. After you have reviewed the team and position descriptions, please use this form indicate the team(s)/department(s) you are interested in interviewing for. You may select more than one team/department, so you only need to submit the form once.
Deadline: Please respond to this form by Friday, January 15, 5:15 p.m.
Next Steps: Your selections will be shared with the team leader(s)/department chair(s) of the team(s)/department(s) you select. Your selections will be considered as team leaders and department chairs schedule informal interviews to occur in February. The preference(s) you identify here will be a substantial factor in the college’s interview and reclassification decisions, in addition to your relative skills and experience. However, please be aware that your response to this form does not guarantee an interview with the team(s)/department(s) you select, nor does it guarantee reclassification to the team or department of your choice.
