  • GRE NOT REQUIRED for this program.
  • Statement of Purpose. Please submit an essay of 500 - 750 words describing why you want to obtain a graduate certificate in Advanced Language and Literacy Science (ALLS). You must already be enrolled as a graduate student at Georgia State to enroll in the ALLS certificate program.
  • One Letter of Support from your primary doctoral advisor
  • Transcripts (one from each institution attended)
  • Official TOEFL/IELTS Scores (international applicants only)
    Institutional code 5251 should be used for reporting GRE and TOEFL scores
