- Biography
Kendal Jacques began her career in Higher Education Development at the University of Georgia in 2018. As the Communications Manager of the Lamar Dodd School of Art, Kendal was responsible for managing external communications for the School and assisting with development efforts. In 2021, Kendal was hired by Georgia State University’s College of Arts & Sciences as the Assistant Director of Development to support the Office of Development and Alumni Relations. Her responsibilities include stewarding donors of all giving levels and overseeing the acknowledgment process of the college’s student scholarship recipients. She also facilitates Development Communications and College of Arts & Sciences Leadership Development Events.
Kendal graduated from the University of Georgia in 2017. She hails from a small family farm in South Georgia and is an avid oil painter. She lives in Decatur with her husband and their dog, Willow.
