Horace C. Holloman, III is the Public Relations/Marketing Writer for the College of Arts and Sciences where he will focus on writing and disseminating information and stories about students and alumni of the College of Arts and Sciences, as well as stories related to innovative teaching and community involvement activities of College faculty.

Holloman has a wide range of writing experience, covering education, crime, sports, county government and lifestyle stories throughout his 10-year journalism career. He also helped oversee several media and marketing campaigns as a reporter for the Champion Newspaper in Decatur, Ga.

Holloman graduated from Fort Valley State University with a B.A. in Mass Communications with a concentration in Journalism. During his time at Fort Valley, he worked in the university’s PR and marketing office.
