BS in Mass Communications from Illinois State University, Masters of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management, and is working on his EdD through Northcentral University.

Television Production, Journalism, Public Relations,Marketing, Sales, and Advertising.

Professor Metcalfe comes to GSU after spending over 30 years in broadcasting and journalism. His clients included, but were not limited to, ESPN, Fox Sports, ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, HGTV, and other networks. He has also worked on countless multi-camera productions as a technical director, camera operator, video engineer, writer, reporter, producer, and director. In recent years Professor Metcalfe has expanded his focus to include Marketing and Sales giving him an entire understanding of the broadcasting business.
