- Biography
Catherine Moore is an alumnus of the Georgia State Religious Studies program and is now a visiting instructor. She teaches World Religious Traditions, Popular Culture and Religion, Social and Religious Activism, and Restorative Justice courses. Moore completed her MA in Religious Studies in 2020 where she successfully defended her thesis "Affirming Theologies and Transgender Refugees" and received a graduate certificate in Gerontology. Currently, she attends Columbia Theological Seminary where she is seeking a Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Practical Theology focusing on Queer family therapy and healing.
