Andrew Huang

Andrew teaches Design and Analysis of Algorithms as part of Facebook’s Engineer in Residence program. Prior to coming to GSU, Andrew helped build crisis response products on Facebook, which allowed users to raise money for disaster relief, mark themselves safe after a crisis, and offer and receive help in times of critical need. Prior to joining industry, Andrew taught undergraduate computer science at UC Berkeley, where he researched and developed practices to scale the teaching of computer science to support thousands of students in one course. Outside of work and teaching, Andrew spends a lot of time reading, gaming, and pampering his cat.
