To receive full consideration by the Waiver Selection Committee, this Presidential Out-of-State Tuition Waiver Request Form must be completed and signed by a sponsoring department, office or official on campus and submitted no later than the deadline specified for the semester in question. Note: to accommodate programs that require an early commitment for waivers, completed Presidential Out-of-State Tuition Request Forms may be submitted and approved in advance of the specified deadline. Because of the limit placed by the Board of Regents on the number of waivers available, not all requests can be accommodated. Units should ask students to pursue the possibility of being awarded in-state residency status before requesting a waiver.
