Faculty are able to download and save student evaluations by class from Banner using the PawsPortal. Here is a summary of how to access those reports:
- Visit pawsportal.gsu.edu and sign in with your Campus ID and password.
- Scroll down to the GSU Quick Links Section of the page and look for “View Student Evaluation of Instructor.”
- You will select the desired semester from the drop down box, which will give you a list of courses that you taught for that semester.
- Press Results to view your student evaluations for each class.
- If you choose to download and save them from there, you can print to PDF, change the paper orientation to Landscape and save the evaluations one class at a time.
The Faculty Review Services Team will provide you with a Student Evaluations Report for the Annual Evaluation of Regular Faculty, any structured review, and for promotion reviews that covers the period under review. These files will be shared via OneDrive. If you need assistance locating your OneDrive folder, please email [email protected].
