WHERE:  The Communications and Public Relations Team at the College of Arts & Sciences manages digital signage in Langdale Hall, the Natural Science Center, Petit Science Center, the Research Science Center and 25 Park Place. This is also known as the Visix system. We also coordinate with Arts & Sciences departments that manage their own digital signage and with units outside of Arts & Sciences that operate digital signs across all Georgia State campuses.

FORMAT REQUIRED:  Image files in either .gif, .jpg, or .png formatted to 1920 x 1080 pixels (px) to fill the full screen. 

TURNAROUND TIME: Standard posts of files submitted in either .gif, .jpg, or .png formats will post 48 hours from receipt of your request.

• Slides for dated events must be received at least 2 weeks in advance.
• Don’t wait!  Slides can be scheduled to air up to 6 months in advance.
• Slide text must be under 40 characters
