ARTS & SCIENCES ADMINISTRATIVE STRUCTURE
The College of Arts & Sciences adopted a team-oriented model for our administrative staff structure, effective July 1, 2021. This new approach is enabling the college to reduce duplication; increase efficiency; implement best practices; and invest in staff training, mentoring, and career development.
This more efficient and sustainable model is designed to support research, teaching and student success in Arts & Sciences.
