  • Supervise/Manage/Coordinate a department of grants and contracts personnel dedicated to post- award activities as well as perform post-award activities.
  • Serves as the point person for team members on grants, contracts and agreement issues as well as questions related to university and federal guidelines.
  • Provides detailed reconciliation of assigned project budgets, including determination of allocable, allowable and reasonableness of charges.
  • Preparing and analyzing budget reports, and developing budget projections.
  • Reviewing and approving transactions and assisting in making adjustments to assigned project budgets to meet sponsor requirements.
  • Interprets regulations and guidelines of multiple programs funding with complex and broad guidelines for spending.
