Graduate Admissions

Graduate admission is a collaborative effort between the Office of Graduate Services and the academic departments. The Office of Graduate Services oversees the application process, assigning an Academic Advisor by program of interest. Each department has a Graduate Director who can provide information about degree requirements, resources and assistantship/fellowship opportunities.  You can find contact information, as well as program specific application instructions on the  Application Requirements & Deadlines page.

Submitting Test Scores and Transcripts

  • Entrance Test Scores

Entrance test scores required by the program to which you are applying must be officially reported to the Office of Graduate Services directly by the responsible testing agency. Please use institution code 5251 when sending GRE and TOEFL scores from ETS. The IELTS Test Report Form (TRF), the Miller Analogies Test (MAT) Official Score Report, and the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) Score Report can be mailed to the Office of Graduate Services at the address below. Please see the “Application Requirements & Deadlines” page for the specific list of materials required by the program to which you are applying.

  • Transcripts

Applicants should submit unofficial transcripts from each and every post-secondary institution attended as part of the online application. Official transcripts are only required for applicants who are offered admission. Do not mail official transcripts unless you are offered admission. If offered admission, please send transcripts to the Office of Graduate Services electronically or by mail as listed below. International applicants may submit notarized copies, or the original document(s) may be brought to the Office of Graduate Services for review and copying. You will find additional details and requirements for submitting transcripts on the “Transcripts” page.
