Exchange Programs

Exchange programs allow students to spend a semester or academic year at a partner university abroad. Students travel on their own, take classes with local students, and experience life in another country.  Although courses are taken abroad, students earn resident credit. GSU program directors assist students with preparations, but exchange students are much more autonomous.

Financial aid and scholarships can be used to pay for official exchange programs. Be sure to explore all of the resources available to you!

Can’t get away for an entire semester but want to be involved in a global community? Why not volunteer to be a buddy for an incoming international exchange student?
