Faculty Recognition

The College of Arts and Sciences and Georgia State University award several honors to outstanding faculty members in a variety of areas. Our faculty also routinely receive awards and recognition from outside organizations.

Georgia State University and the College of Arts and Sciences honor faculty annually for excellence in areas ranging from teaching and research to community service and commitment to diversity.


Faculty Awards Committee

The Faculty Awards Committee selects the recipients of all annual awards for the College of Arts and Sciences: the Outstanding Senior Faculty award, Outstanding Junior Faculty, Outstanding Teaching, and Outstanding Faculty Diversity.


External Fellowships & Awards
