“In an age of hyperbole, Ross’s work in juvenile justice shows a path to using art to influence and effect meaningful reform,” said Toby Bolsen, political science associate professor. “If you want your voice and views to have meaningful impact this is a critical event.”

Ross recently released his book, Juvie Talk, which serves as an academic tool for discussions on human rights, mass incarceration and juvenile success.

The event will be hosted by the Political Science Department at 2 p.m. in Langdale Hall, room 1076.
